About you:
We prioritize expertise over mere checkboxes. Whether you excel in C#.NET or demonstrate mastery in other coding languages, your skills are valued. While experience in product-based projects is beneficial, we actively welcome applicants from varied professional backgrounds.
- Extensive hands-on experience in developing large-scale services and enterprise-grade software is essential.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and others is required.
- Expertise in database management systems including SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB is necessary.
- An in-depth understanding of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins is essential
- Demonstrated expertise in leading the design, development, and implementation of intricate software solutions, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- A proven ability to drive technical innovation and excellence within the team by advocating for best practices, code reviews, and spearheading architectural improvements
- Displays excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas.
